Esther started her technology career during the dot-com era and has accumulated 15 years of proven track record in business development and leadership position working for global technology firms in Singapore and UK.
Mid-career, Esther was introduced to executive search and recruitment by a mentor. Leveraging on her strong technology background, business development and networking skills, Esther quickly became one of the most well-networked and established technology recruiter in the Financial Services sector.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for talent hunting, Esther co-founded TENTEN Partners with a clear vision to provide consultative and customise search solution to both local and international clients. Esther personally specialises in mid to senior executive levels for FinTech.
While leading a fast-paced, dynamic and growing business, Esther strives to achieve work-life balance. Outside of work, she is an avid golfer, yogi, spinning enthusiast and she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
